The store has been my go to store for the last few years. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to help with the new app. Every time I go to the deli department they do their best to help me promptly. Their sandwiches are the best I really love shopping The store for Grocery items as they're very well stocked more so than other stores. meat and produce is always very clean and good quality products. I definitely recommend shopping at this store. The management team has been doing a great job keeping the riffraff out of the store as it used to be a big problem. I feel safe shopping at the store now.
I came here for roasted duck. There was only one guy helping customers, and I was surprised by how long the line was for Chinese food. When I got to the front, I discovered why. The two entree plate is $8 on Thursdays ($9.99 regular price). Since I waited in line for so long, I decided to get the plate too. We enjoyed the duck more so, and would get it order it again.
The prodicre department is the best In town. So I wrote a little song. Elvin is awesome, Elvin is great.. He saved my boxes ..Even tho I was late. He helped me stack them on a cart and arranged them in a way that was so smart. Lets not leave the Meat dept out who took the time to find Alvin no doubt. I spend quite a bit of money at this store and now because of all this I will spend even more. Hats off to RALEYS E.G.F & CALVINE. THANKS 4 BEING THE BEST! Today you rose above the rest.
Today I think I cut my food bil In half. Only needed a few things but I left home hungry too. I decided to get the 2- entre Chinese to go plate,,$9.99, delicious. Nicest people too behind the counter. This is more food than I can finish so it's dinner too!!!' Picked up beautiful Raleys brand chicken breasts. No antibiotics!!!!! I'm pretty happy today,,, nice atmosphere, nice people.
Not my regular grocery store, but this Bel Air has become more frequented by me. Due to the selection of higher quality items in some cases. So I'm typically in here once of weekly or bi-monthly for a few select items. Staff have always been helpful and friendly, where that be at the bakery or the deli area, or at the register.
One of my favorite places to grab Chinese food. The food is the best when ordered during 11AM when it is hot and fresh. My go to is the salt and pepper chicken. Their kung pao chicken is also great. I'm also happy they don't use Styrofoam containers. Very convenient location to also buy groceries.
As we all try to follow the protocol of wearing face masks and social distancing, (well most of us anyway), I was now given the responsibility of shopping for my elderly parents. My mother creates the weekly list and is very brand specific. This can sometimes be a little stressful when I can't find everything on her list. My boyfriend and I find ourselves shopping at multiple grocery stores just to find everything needed. But on this day, we decided to try this store which happened to be in a convenient location for us to deliver said groceries in a timely manner. I had never shopped here before, but I am a fan of Raleys and Bel Air stores in general, so I felt more than comfortable in giving them a try. Plus, they are following the Covid-19 protocols which is very important to me and my family's health concern! The store interior was very clean, fully stocked and well organized. The bakery displayed amazing and eye catching baked goods that made my mouth water and tempted me to impulse buy. But I had to force myself back to reality and focus on my parent's shopping. In the produce department, the fruits and vegetables were arranged in healthy looking colors of freshness. I had little problem in locating what products I needed as we browsed each aisle. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to find every item on our shopping list in stock, right down to the correct brands! This made our day! One list, one store! I think we have finally narrowed down our main place to go! Saving time makes me happy!
